We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointment Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information.

  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or delays.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary.

3. Payment & Fees

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time services are rendered.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

  • Additional charges may apply for expedited services or document corrections.

4. Identification Requirements

Clients must provide valid and acceptable government-issued identification for all fingerprinting and legal services. Failure to provide proper ID may result in service refusal.

5. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and complete.

All in One Fingerprint and Legal Services is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.

6. Processing Times

  • Processing times for background checks and submissions vary depending on the receiving agency (e.g., RCMP, employers, immigration authorities).

  • We cannot guarantee exact timelines and are not responsible for delays caused by external agencies.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy.

  • All personal information is collected, used, and stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Information will only be shared with authorized agencies when required to complete your service.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

All in One Fingerprint and Legal Services is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by government or third-party agencies

  • Delays caused by external processing

  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

9. No Legal Advice

  • Unless explicitly stated, our services do not include legal representation or legal advice.

  • Clients seeking legal advice should consult a licensed lawyer or legal professional.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • A service cannot be completed due to our error

  • An appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance (if applicable)

Completed services are non-refundable.
